Terms and Conditions

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase from Sweet Rosie. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Standard Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return if you simply change your mind or are not happy with the piece. To arrange a return, you must first email us at info@sweetrosie.co.uk within this 14-day period to notify us of your intent to return and receive further instructions. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard returns.

Exceptions and Faulty Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty upon arrival. If an item you receive is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately upon receipt at info@sweetrosie.co.uk. In the case of a genuinely faulty item, we will cover the cost of return postage. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
